This woman isn’t just a receptionist; she’s a hospitality goddess. The way she smiled? Radiant. The way she handled check-in? Like she was conducting a symphony. The entire process took less time than it takes me to sneeze, and somehow she still made it feel like a red carpet event. Need restaurant suggestions? She’s got better recommendations than Google. Lost your room key? She replaces it faster than The Flash. Confused about local transportation? Nehla will map it out like a seasoned tour guide slash superhero. I swear, if she ran for president, I’d vote twice. Hotels don’t need fancy fountains or gold-plated door handles. They just need a Nehla. If I could give her 6 stars, I would. Actually—forget stars, she deserves a galaxy.

Overlooking the Granada Mall and Granada Business Park,Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences features 4 dining outlets and 11 flexible meeting rooms. I had an amazing experience in Hilton Riyadh, every thing was perfect. Ali Al Muzaini from customer relations was very helpful and provided me with exceptional experience, he went the extra mile as he was following up with me all the time to make sure everything is perfect. Definitely I will be there again.

Set in the Saadiyat Island district of Abu Dhabi, Jumeirah Saadiyat Island offers a fitness centre. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. The location and breakfast facilities were quite adequate and delicious.The à la carte restaurants within the hotel were particularly successful. We had a wonderful experience with each one. We would like to thank them all.

It was (I believe) my 15th time staying at Braira Qurtubah and it always feels like home when I stay here. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The restaurant is very good. And even during Ramandan they provide a good breakfast in the room (for people who don't do fasting). Private parking at the hotel feels safe. Location of the hotel is just perfect. Short drive from the airport and easy location to drive from to other parts of Riyadh. I will be back soon.
