The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. Their smiles were always present, and they were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. When I informed them before arriving that I was celebrating my 15th wedding anniversary, they upgraded our room as a lovely surprise! They also provided us with a cake and balloons in our room. The pool area was fantastic, offering a panoramic view of the Burj Khalifa and all of Dubai. As for the food, the staff by the pool was great and the food was delicious. The only downside was the limited dinner options in the half-board package we had booked. However, when we informed them that we wouldn't be dining there, they offered us an alternative and arranged for us to dine at a nearby Michelin-starred restaurant called 'JAR.' I highly recommend staying here!"

We had best time and we never had a chance to see so many polite employees as untill now. We will recomend to our friends and family. Breakfast was perfect ,as we see some people do complain sometimes that some food is missing,but I feel sorry for them ,because it looks like they dont turn around and see how many people are starving and not having a possibilites for any kind of food. But that is problem and lack of humanity. Thank you ,and we will be back .
