Guests can also enjoy a hot tub as well as a modern spa area with a salt sauna, a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, steam baths, an infrared cabin and several relaxation areas. The garden includes a sunbathing lawn. We had a wonderful stay, especially as a family! The hotel offers fantastic options for everyone — the pool, gym, sauna, mini golf, and theater kept us entertained, and the three included meals each day were delicious, with fresh natural juices in the morning being a highlight. The location is also perfect, close to the top attractions in the city, making it easy to explore. Most of all, the incredible staff made our stay feel extra special. We’re already planning our next vacation to return here in the winter — can’t wait! Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

With garden views, this accommodation offers a patio. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a sauna, fitness room, and public bath, as well as a garden. Beautifully presented property in a fantastic location to explore the area. The hosts were extremely friendly and very welcoming. Hiking, leisure facilities and parks a short walking distance. Supermarkets less than 5 minutes in the car and Garmisch one way / Eibsee & Zugspitze the other, no more than 10 mins by car.

Out of the 16 hotels that we stayed in during our Europe trip Boutique Hotel Bellevue Lermoos stood heads and shoulders above all others. The room was beautifully appointed and spacious, as so were all common areas in the hotel. Although we didn't use the spa during our one-night stay, we checked it out. The spa with swimming pool and large rooftop lounge area looked stunning and would by itself be reason to return to this hotel.

We stayed in many properties in Garmisch over the years, but this one is so far the most comfortable for travelling with dogs. You are not met as in other guesthouses in town with non welcoming lengthy paper full of what you cannot do and then slapped with crazy extra fees for each night. Here you have one cleaning fee for the whole stay. The place is new and comfortable. We loved the wooden floors and heating in it. We also had our little yard. The proximity to the city centre is a great bonus!

It is very beautiful, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The mountain view is absolutely stunning, and the spacious balcony made it even more enjoyable, it was wide, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing with my family. The apartment is large enough for 5 people, cozy yet very spacious, making it perfect for families. The gentleman at the reception was very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. Check in was easy. Lisa was very friendly throughout our entire stay.
