Located just 12 minutes’ drive from the centre of Surfers Paradise, this 100-hectare resort is set on a 27-hole championship golf course with driving range. Guests can choose between 5 restaurants. Modern, clean and well appointed rooms. I was on level 12 overlooking the pool and the view was stunning. Really friendly staff at reception that take the time to remember who you are and the why you are visiting. Absolutely amazing customer service. So many restaurants to chose from, amenities such as golfing, swimming, tennis to name a few. Great kid facilities too. I highly recommend staying.

Featuring a private saltwater lagoon, sandy beaches and an artificial reef with tropical fish, the 28-storey JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is set in the heart of Surfers Paradise. An amazing experience to stay at JW Marriott. The staff was very courteous and caring. Rooms were very nice and had great views. The best part was the breakfast at Citrique which has one of the most elaborate spreads that I had seen. Lots of options for vegetarian as well. And desserts that were quite delicious. The pool area is also very nice and cozy. Lots of lounging chair. They even have a large heated pool and a heated jacuzzi. Don't miss them if you are there.

Tram is just outside of the apartment and bonus is Woolies is just across the street for a quick grocery shop. Had a smooth transaction with Esther from check in to check out. We will definitely be back with mu friends soon!😊

Great staff and services especially Shannell at the front desk who was really helpful and supportive to add us free parking and breakfast due to faulty online booking via booking. com. The Penthouse suite was fantastic and amazing with modern remotes controlling facilities which was impressive and wowed. Great location to all the pacific fair, beaches and restaurants, great valets parking staff and housekeeping. Definitely highly recommended and will book my next trip there again.

Garry & Carolyn were super friendly and made us felt at home immediately when we arrived. The room was very spacious, had a great coast view, you can spot whales directly from living room if you are lucky enough =] and the sun rise, absolutely stunning.
