Great view looking out to Fitzroy Garden and the MCG. Hotel staff members are very professional and helpful, with great energy as well. I have to say that Mr. Walker is exceptionally outstanding when it comes to receiving guests at the front gate. He deserves a big bonus steak. Also, bed and pillows in my room are just wonderful, by far the softest I've ever experienced during my travel in the world. I've had the best sleep in many years. Location amazing right near food, train. Facilities were fantastic. Kids loved the pool, gym and sauna. Host was so responsive and helpful. Room was comfortable and perfectly clean.

Ambiance from lighting and the planting outside was beautiful. Arrival chocolates and prosecco cans was a nice touch, and the breakfast hamper was lovely. Bed was super comfy, and the heat lamps in the shower, and heated towel rails were great!

We loved the outdoor living in the beautiful garden and covered sitting area, where we saw many colorful birds; two photos below were taken on the property. The BBQ worked well for us. We liked that you could cycle 2 km along a gravel track following the river to get supplies.
