Perfect localisation. Hotel is very clean - room and the other spaces. Very beautiful decor in all hotel. Very nice swimming pool. Very taste breakfast. But the most important is the excellent, proffessional team: manager, reception, restaurat staff and of course cleaning personel. Everyone were very kind, smiled and helpful. Gorgeously updated/decorated - lobby is huge - rooms are huge - amazing views & facility! Staff is so friendly and helpful - especially the breakfast buffet staff…they were eager to get us coffee and keep up with/our finished plates. Food was great and huge assortment! The area around Albena is super safe and family friendly - lots of families with young children and retirees. We loved everything about our stay!!! 10/10!!!

I really liked it. Everything was beautifully decorated. Great conditions. Pool and two jacuzzis. Great for relaxation. Close to the sea, about a 15-minute walk. I really recommend it.

Everything was perfect! We spent a lovely time at Sunny Castle!! How should I start, there are so many good things to say: very nice and professional staff, everyone was smiling all the time! Thank you Tim for the upgrade, the apartment was fantastic! Food was delicious, bravo to the chef! If you go with the kids then you don't have to worry about their meals, the kids loved everything! Rooms were big enough and cleaned daily, hot water in the shower 24/7, a cold/hot drinking water dispenser on each floor so you don't have to worry that you don't have drinking water in the middle of the night. Private beach in the front-right of the hotel, with free sunbeds and umbrellas for the guests, where you can take drinks from the restaurant. There is also free public parking around the hotel. We will definitely return!

Flamingo Grand Hotel & Spa is located in the central part of Albena and offers an indoor pool and an outdoor pool with a mini splash park for children. The hotel is amaizing. Big and cleanest rooms,food was very delishous and different.Staff very frendly. The view from balcon is nice. I will back again to this hotel.
