Everything was perfect! We spent a lovely time at Sunny Castle!! How should I start, there are so many good things to say: very nice and professional staff, everyone was smiling all the time! Thank you Tim for the upgrade, the apartment was fantastic! Food was delicious, bravo to the chef! If you go with the kids then you don't have to worry about their meals, the kids loved everything! Rooms were big enough and cleaned daily, hot water in the shower 24/7, a cold/hot drinking water dispenser on each floor so you don't have to worry that you don't have drinking water in the middle of the night. Private beach in the front-right of the hotel, with free sunbeds and umbrellas for the guests, where you can take drinks from the restaurant. There is also free public parking around the hotel. We will definitely return!

Helios Hotel ligt aan de kust, naast het centrale strand van Balchik en dicht bij het centrum van de stad. Het biedt een buitenzwembad, een kinderbad en een panoramisch uitzicht op de zee. We liked the room, big and cosy and clean, comfortable, with a small sea view. Staff very nice. Beakfast very good. We had silence. Diiner by the swimmimg pool, romantic nightwalkimg on the beach as the hotel is right on the beach.Everything was excellent, so we definitely come again.
