It was very clean, modern, and orderly. We we're shocked at the size of the rooms, they we're huge! Big for even western standards which is great! The mini-fridge was stocked really well, the staff was really nice. The spa was great, definitely take advantage!

Very nice one bedroom apartment, spacious, comfortable, well furnished with an enjoyable pool area.

Walking distance of a few minutes to the gondola, and the main streets of Bansko. The room was very clean and comfortable. We booked the "Deluxe King Room with Sofa" which was AMAZING! Very cozy. Rooms are lovely and spacious and the bathrooms were roomy too, with a separate shower and jacuzzi bath.
