The hotel was more than what we expected and it had everything we needed - cozy warm room (they gave us a bigger double bedroom apartment), nice food and great attitude. The breakfast was good with many options as well as dinner. We planned on eating out a few times but ended up in the hotel's restaurant every evening. The coffee on the lobby bar is great. Each member of the staff was extremely polite throughout our stay. The shuttle option was very very useful so we didn't have to figure out how to get there. Also, big parking behind the hotel. Everything was just great!

The hotel is warm, the spa zone is really nice and it's working until 8 p.m so you may relax after a day out skiing. Malina ski centre is close to the hotel and there is a shuttle bus that takes you there. The bus driver is very nice and helpful and may come to pick you up from the ski centre even out of the scheduled times. There is a ski wardrobe in the hotel where one may rent all they need for skiing and the guy there is super nice too. We are definitely going to rent the appointment during our next visit to Pamporovo.

The apartment is in one of the top buildings (House 5) near the slope - so very easy to go to the slope and come back (we found it was easier to come back at lunch and eat in the complex restaurant than on the slope because it was empty and we could do it faster). The fireplace is nice for a evening inside but since we were skiing every day we only used it twice. We have wood from the hosts (I saw that there is available to buy from reception but we didn't have to buy them). Two rooms accommodate 6 persons if needed (the couch and the armchairs extend); We were 5 and it was ok (3 adults, 2 children). You have almost all that you need in the kitchen, tv, own boiler for hot water, heat pump ACs for heating. The balcony is very nice also. There is a pool/spa in the complex - 30 leva/day; maybe after a long day skiing you need some relax time. Also bowling, pool (didn't try them).
