"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. The hotel is very good and modern. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food is delicious. The staff are kind and very helpful. Free parking available in the garage of the hotel. There is a headed pool and spa. The location is great, near the ski area and the center of the place. Highly recommend.

The location couldn't be better in Borovets, the breakfast was too good 😋, the kids really enjoyed the kids club and the hotel overall is well updated and well kept. I recommend this hotel !!

I wish I could give a "20" for this hotel, but I can only do a "10". Such a well designed place! - Staff - All the staff are awesome and very kind people. They welcomed us with a glass of prosecco at the check-in. We needed a few small things during the stay and everything was served in a very high professional manner. - The hotel is a piece of Art - hand painted doors and windows with bulgarian "shevica" elements. Colorful ceilings in style that comply very well with the Koprivshtica town architecture. Incredible paintings of one of the bulgarian famous artists Peter Mitchev - "Pedro". - The food - We tested most of the dishes from the menu. Everything was so delicious and prepared by the hands of a "Master Chef". A food-art which is a pure pleasure for all of your perceptions. One little remark here to make is that the size of the portions is a little bit smaller, but I assume it is somehow expected for such an experience. However, if you go for a 3 course dinner, it is still completely enough to get you filled. - The SPA - Clean, modern interior, warm water pools, relaxing music... Everything you need for your relaxation. I tried the flotation capsule and it was very refreshing (it is charged additionally). - The Room - Soft and clean sheets with a comfortable mattress (at least for us). They gave us water with coffee and 2 little bottles of red and white wines as a compliment (a bottle is enough for 2 glasses) :). - Prices - We think that the hotel offers prices that are relevant to the quality of the whole experience. It's definitely worth it and will come back again.

Situated in Koprivshtitsa, Stoichkovata Kashta Koprivshtitsa boasts a barbecue and views of the mountains. The guest house has a children's playground and spa centre, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Nice little hotel/guest house in a lovely village. The room was comfortable, warm and cozy. Location a little further from the center than other hotels, but still an easy walk. Host gave us great advice on where to eat. The spa is a great extra - steam room and small pool.

Rooms at the Ice Angels Hotel are comfortable and spacious, with carpeted floors, seating area and a work desk. They are equipped with TV and telephone. The parking area is next to the hotel. Very descent buffet breakfast and dinner. There’s an all day restaurant and drinks area with large windows facing the skiers and the beautiful mountains. Walkable distance to the center of Borovets. The room was spotless clean so was the bathroom!!! There is a mini bar and a coffee kettle in the room. I had a very relaxing massage and there is a sauna and a steam bath available. Very polite personnel at the restaurant!
