At Hotel Franco we had the most comfortable bed on our trip. We even overslept a little. The views from the window and the rooftop bar are wonderful.

The services and facilities are great. They were redoing the gym while we were there, so also actively improving that. The food is amazing, the level of English is really good. All in all fabulous experience.

And there's also a small market kinda "inside" which is very handy.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The building itself is so impressive that staying here makes you feel special. For dinner, we chose the open buffet and everything was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly without hesitation.

Our hotel has children's and adults' recreation, regional and international cuisine, spa, hot and wet sauna, gym, coworking space, gift shop, car rental and 3 swimming pools, one of which has an infinity edge with a length of 30m. Enjoyed the sauna, pool, and gym. The dinner buffet and breakfast were exceptionally good! Appreciated the massage chairs. The hotel was good about storing our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out on our day of departure.

Recanto Cataratas Thermas Resort & Convention boasts a water park with thermal pools, a bowling alley and a nightclub, and includes free breakfast and free parking. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Before I was this location two years ago and I love this place so I consider to come back again
