Amazing experience from the very first moment we stepped into the hotel! Amazing customer service, from the front desk, to the doorman, to the bell boy, to the waitresses. I felt welcomed and at home. I chose room 306 because it has an open view on the lake and huge panoramic view. There was an actual fire place, the room was huge, attentions from the staff was incredible and the quality of every experience was superb! Breakfast was exceptional and dinner absolutely memorable. The hotel is clean and perfectly located. My new favorite place!

We’ve spend one night at this beautiful gem. The rooms are lovely, the breakfast delicious and the host exceptional - making it a truly pleasant stay for us and especially our two year old child! We did not eat breakfast - but enjoyed a marvellous lunch, and a delicious dinner at two of the restaurants. The room was one of the best we have stayed in. Well appointed, comfortable and cozy.
