We like the location that we could walk to the lake and enjoy the view over the water. It was also very touching to see the amazing staff and the heart that they showed to the elder residents who live there.

I love the service, attitude, positivity of the front desk staff as well as the staff who helped to carry our luggage and welcomed us the moment we stepped foot into the hotel. They exceeded my expectations! This is such as nice place to stay in Zürich. The environment is entirely different from that near the Zurich Main Train Station. The room design is modern, v clean. The kitchen utensils were all of high quality, vv clean as well. Totally no issue for a clean freak like me. They even provided chauffeur service from hotel to the nearest train station. Service was just ups!! From the start till the end. Will definitely stay here again, if I go Thalwil!

Located in the historic centre of Rapperswil, Sorell Hotel Speer is just steps away from the shores of Lake Zurich. It houses an à-la-carte Asian restaurant. We really appreciated the receptionist going out of his way to get us a quiet room. Fantastic location across the road from station and round the corner from lake front. Delicious breakfast with lovely man serving it. loved the garden to sit out in. Some free drinks and (paid for) snack available. Highly recommended.
