We like the location that we could walk to the lake and enjoy the view over the water. It was also very touching to see the amazing staff and the heart that they showed to the elder residents who live there.

Located in the historic centre of Rapperswil, Sorell Hotel Speer is just steps away from the shores of Lake Zurich. It houses an à-la-carte Asian restaurant. I had stayed at Hotel Speer a number of times before, many years ago, when it used to be a Best Western Hotel. Many years later I wanted to stay in Rapperswil again and saw that it had become a Sorell Hotel. The entire hotel has been renovated, and it will definitely be the first place I will check out on my next visit to Zurich. The rooms are great; the service was wonderful. Breakfast was superb. Rapperswil is my favorite place in Switzerland, and the hotel is literally right across the street from the Rapperswil train station, so location-wise it can't get better than this! Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful.

Only 500 metres away from Lake Zurich, this 4-star hotel in Rüschlikon features free access to the own spa area with a hot tub and sauna, a fitness centre, and a bowling alley with 3 lanes. Everything went well from Check-in to Check-out. People were nice and helpful. Amazing view on Zurich's lake. Wellness area is very clean and nice.
