Room had a fantastic view and of course the pool area was just fabulous. We travelled with our baby and the touches for him were so cute and appreciated - they even had a baby bath there we could use !! Everything was top notch and we only had room service dinner but it was great, however the restaurant looked incredible for dinner.

The spa area was another highlight — clean, relaxing, and with a pleasant fragrance throughout, especially in the Turkish sauna. Overall, a perfectly balanced mix of comfort, elegance, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

There are also exceptional restaurants, including "La Brezza", which has been awarded two Michelin stars and 18 GaultMillau points. The gourmet restaurant is closed in Ascona in winter, but is open in the Tschuggen Grand Hotel Arosa during the winter season. The location was perfect right on the waters edge. The room was huge and had a small balcony which was very nice to sit out on.

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and we loved the shuttle service pick up and drop off from the train station.

Highly personalised and warm, the staff made us feel not only welcomed but genuinely cared for. Dining at Ristorante Ecco with Chef Reto Brändl was another highlight. A true sensory journey. The spa was equally exceptional. The perfect getaway!
