The staff was very welcoming and the customer service generally exceptional, without feeling too full-on. The room had an incredible view of the whole lake of Zürich and was very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the food was really good! We had dinner at Collina restaurant and were very impressed with the food quality and the service there too. Great overnight stay and lovely to combine with a day in the spa! (The view you have from just about everywhere in the hotel really is amazing!)

The Wellness Hotel in Stoos is a perfect blend of peace and comfort. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The spa area is wonderful and everything served at the restaurant delicious. The surrounding area is lovely. I had the best stay!

Our one-night stay was truly unforgettable. The spa was outstanding. The food was exceptional, with every dish exceeding our expectations, and the breathtaking view from our room added a magical touch to the experience. Location was excellent for trip up to Mount Rigi and boat across the lake to Lucerne, literally next door. Hotel and outdoor area absolutely stunning, magnificent views of the lake, staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Room was great , huge bathroom and so clean, there is an excellent coffee station on each floor which always had plenty of everything that you need. Excellent breakfast,lots of choice

We had a nice and spacious room with a balcony, loved the cosy atmosphere in the lobby with a fireplace. We enjoyed the big spa with many different saunas and a pleasant relaxing area. Especially appreciated the fact that we could further use the spa after checking out, a great thing when weather is not perfect. Wonderful breakfast buffet with great choice of local products and in a pleasant surrounding. Very helpful staff which even organised a transport to funicular as there was quite a bit of snow. Good WiFi

Very helpful and kind staff, due to our schedule we had to breakfast early in the morning (before the opening time), there was no problem. Very clean, spacious rooms, quiet location, good restaurant. The dinner was awesome.

The view is unbeatable. Nice and qiet spa area with fabulous view. I loved the small private beach on the lake. Thanks alot to the employee in the reception for solving a small misunderstanding in a wonderful and professional way. Breakfast was very good.
