Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. The location is fabulous, including a nice spa and lots of common areas, including a pool room and indoor (as well as outdoor) pool for rainy days. But most surprising for an hotel of this size is the quality of the food. After our first night, we did not bother to go out and drive after darkness and had our four dinners there, to our outmost pleasure (and many thanks to the Chef!). Also worth noting is the kindness and efficiency of the staff allover, with gold medal to the smiley and very efficient Josephine at the reception. We stayed 4 days and wish we would have stayed more, well informed for activities by the dedicated and enthusiast guides at the tourist desk in the lobby. Congratulations to all the team and beautiful Chili (offering fabulous sceneries) that deserves much more international tourists. Pucon is definitively the place to go for outdoor activities.

Cabañas el Dorado Pucón ligt in Pucón, op 17 km van Villarrica – Pucón en 19 km van Ojos del Caburgua-waterval. Staff was suuuper friendly and helpful, they gave us a bigger cabin than what we booked. Staff always bringing wood and making fire. Fire kept living room nice and warm, even though outside was cold. Cabin is nice, big and with plenty of natural wood. Surroundings is nice, green and between the threes. Super hot shower with plenty of water. Walking distance from city centre, around 20 mins.

The hosts were lovely and very helpful, gave some great recommendations of where to go and eat. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and then the facilities on site were fantastic, especially for the kids. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Hotel Pucón Indómito bevindt zich in Pucón, op 10 km van Villarrica National Park en 33 km van warmwaterbronnen Meneteue. The hotel was great. Staff were professional and very helpful, especially the reception staff. The room was spotlessly clean and I had everything I needed, including a fridge in the room and hot water for tea/coffee on every floor. The location was perfect - close to the main commercial area, but in a quiet street and I even had a view of the volcano from my room.

Hotel Geronimo biedt accommodatie in het centrum van Pucon en beschikt over een terras en een gemeenschappelijke woonkamer. Very nice breakfast with several options and a nice atmosphere. A wood oven made it even more beautiful during the cold days. The staff was wonderful and the owner's dog was definetly a plus :-) The location is great !
