We arrived by car and were able to park right outside the front door. Immediately a young man came out to help us with our luggage. As you enter the huge lobby you can see the amazing views. Carolina on reception was so welcoming and charming. Lovely room with a balcony, incredible views and a machine providing filtered water. Fabulous breakfast, again with great views! Perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The breakfast was outstanding, everything fresh and delicious- it was breakfast and lunch together. Eguardo speaks excellent English. Just stay here!

We arrived late and tired and were able to order a delicious soup and salad meal on short notice. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and stylish (and of course clean). The private hot tub, looking out over the trees was great. Breakfast by the fire was a great start to the day. We got a great tip where to eat out on the next night and had one of the best meals of our trip. On our last day Gloria took us on an excursion to Dalcahue and then to Parque Meular, which is not even open to the public yet. It was a priviledge. We also enjoyed talking to Gloria and Jose-Louis late into the night to discover the similarities and differences between Germany and Chile and many other topics. WE fehlt totally at home.
