The staff members were incredibly nice and accommodating throughout my entire stay. Notably, I greatly appreciated their flexibility in allowing me to check out late, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. I was fortunate enough to have a room with a stunning city view, which added an extra touch of magic to my stay. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight was truly a highlight of my trip. One aspect that truly stood out to me was the exceptional quality of the restaurant. The food served was of the highest standard, and every meal was a culinary delight. I highly recommend indulging in the gastronomic delights offered by the establishment's talented chefs. I would be remiss if I did not mention the outstanding assistance I received from two particular staff members, Tracy and Annie. Their professionalism and attentiveness were exemplary, especially considering my limited understanding of the Chinese language and my unfamiliarity with the city. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and comfortable during my stay, providing valuable insights and recommendations that greatly enriched my experience. In summary, I cannot speak highly enough of my time at this establishment. From the beautiful accommodations and stunning city views to the exceptional service and culinary offerings, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations.
