Located in the central business area of Wuhan, Sheraton Grand Wuhan Hankou Hotel is only a 10-minute walk from Wuguang Commercial Area. Location was perfect. Staff were professional and our room was perfect. The breakfast buffet was awesome with a lot of options! It would be nice if it was closer to a metro station but not a game changer. I would definitely come back and stay again here if I return to Wuhan!

We love the Top Zero hotel! The star gazing deck was wonderful (for sunrise and star gazing) and the hotel was tastefully decorated. There is an air of calm when you enter the hotel and it is definitely worth getting the larger room with the mountain view. Alex and his team were so lovely and helpful. We had issues with payment and they were very accommodating. Alex’s English is excellent and he was very knowledgable about the area. The Chinese style breakfast was freshly made and lots to choose from and we were even provided with some complimentary nourishing Chinese bean soup in the evening! Refreshing tea was served in the lobby. The cherry on top were the Tai Chi lessons, morning and evening which were included. I believe they also held tea tasting and calligraphy sessions too. The hotel is very much a retreat and we are definitely planning on returning.

We felt totally pampered here!

The hotel is clean and the facilities are relatively new. The staff are exceptionally friendly and responsive — I sent my clothes for laundry at 2 p.m., and they were returned to my room by 6 p.m., without any extra express service fee. The restaurant serves authentic Hubei-style dishes; the prices are not cheap, but the food tastes excellent. There are also many beautiful young girls in Wuhan — be sure to check out this hotel yourself!
