The hotel’s foreign visitor specialist added us on wechat, and he could help in any question during our stay. This gentlemen, Jack Ma gave us advice ok having breakfast and dinner, public transport, room service, massage and also guided us in the hotel. Perfect and unique service. Definitely come back. Breakfast has both traditional Chinese and continental options. Direct metro line feom airport, and direct to the exhibition hall.

Absolutely fabulous stay! The room was clean, modern, with cozy beds and soft pillows. The facilities were great — auto-flush toilets, excellent A/C, and refreshing showers. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the East Gate. Scott, the manager, speaks excellent English and gave really helpful advice on routes and tickets to explore Zhangjiajie efficiently. Highly recommended!

I was on business trip and had one weekend off that I used to visit Zhangjiajie. I was traveling alone and not speaking any Chinese. The stay was amazing, thanks to the hotel personnel. It was the best. Being picked up at the airport, the transports to the house, breakfast a back. Especially using google translate conversation app, makes it very easy and good to communicate. The lovely people can arrange everything for you. All thanks for taking care! You gave me an amazing experience!

Floating around at sunset, watching the sky bleed orange behind those crazy peaks... ​mind-blowing scenery therapy.​​ For context: our kid did laps in his inflatable kayak while we sipped something cold – THAT kind of space! ​Total game-changer for the brutal temps.​​ ​Rooms nailed the vibe:​​ beautiful ​​"ancient charm" with dark wood beams and silk accents,​​ but also ​stone-cold A/C that worked like a champ​ (crucial detail!). It felt refined, not stuffy. Slept like a log after those long days. ​The REAL MVP though? Their "Adventure Concierge Team."​​ Seriously. We rolled up with zero plans, just said "show us the best of Zhangjiajie without melting." Exceptionally nice hotel. The facilities are great, hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! Everything is quite new and well designed, and looks like in the photos. I would book this hotel again without hesitation if I come back to Wulingyuan.
