The FengHuang Kasen Waterloom Keep's grounds are lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!

The accommodation features a wellness area which includes a hot tub. The hotel is pretty good. The room is quite large, and the cleanliness is acceptable. The highlight is the service. The housekeeper helped me book two-day tickets for the Forest Park. If I hadn't booked through them, I wouldn't have known that I needed to make a time reservation to enter the park the next day. They even planned the route, so the itinerary for these two days went very smoothly. The downside is that the soundproofing is a bit lacking, possibly because the kids in the next room were a bit noisy. However, the hotel staff later reminded us and resolved the issue, which improved things a lot. Thanks to everyone’s help, my family’s trip went very smoothly. We had a great time. If there's an opportunity next time, we will definitely continue to choose your hotel.
