Everything was wonderful. Very friendly and hospitable staff, especially Anechka. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The menu in the restaurant is varied and everything is very tasty. The portions are huge. Breakfast is also very good, there is plenty to choose from for both adults and children.

Absolutely outstanding value for money. The staff spoke good English and guided me through the electronic check in. She was amazing.

The personnel was great. We went there with a dog and they for example took care of our dog when we were in wellness or on a massage. The attitude of the staff was perfect. Also the wellness was great - from the pool to outside thermal baths and massages. The food was brilliant too. We really enjoyed the stay.
