My room had a stocked minibar at reasonable prices which is something you don't find these days in Western Europe. It was most welcome when I fancied a whiskey tucked up in bed at the end of a long day of travelling. Cheerful, friendly and kind staff.

We really liked the hotel — it's small and in a good location. Everything was clean, and the room had everything we needed, even a scale. There were bathrobes and towels for the spa. The spa is small but very nice.

The hotel was excellent. It exceeded my expectations, looked luxurious, and appeared to have been recently renovated. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious. Both dinner and breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The pool and sauna area were clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the harpist's concert in the evening. Compared to the Hotel Pacifik, where the atmosphere was not that relaxing and your plates seemed to be checked, this hotel was a true gem. ;-)

They couldn't have found a better place. The hotel is truly amazing. The location, out of town and close to the river, is beautiful. Everything speaks RELAX. The views either from the restaurant or from the room, the pool, and the SPA set the environment for a great stay. The staff, especially Sonya and the General Manager are very welcoming, always there to help, and very hospitable. Upon reception, Sonya was ready to support our needs, she made sure that our room would be ready even if we arrived a little bit earlier and offered a welcome drink while we waited. She also provided an overview of the facilities and instructions on how to use the SPA. She gave us directions to town, where to park, and places to visit. The room is beyond expectations, spacious, with a view of the river, and spotless. King-size bed and a fully equipped bathroom. A safe also that will be part of another story :) We enjoyed the SPA. There are 5 different types of saunas, well-prepared, and clean: Jacuzzi and pool. Massage service is in place. Now the Safe story. We had such a wonderful time and felt so relaxed that even though we always checked the room to avoid leaving anything behind, on this occasion we left our passports. We realized upon arrival at the airport, 2 hours away. After the shocking find, we called the hotel and both reception and the general manager took immediate care of the incident. They found our passports, negotiated transport, and in less than 2 hours we had our passports back. Talking with the general manager, the quick support we received kept our holidays still on track. What could have been a nightmare was a quick fixable event thanks to them. Muchas gracias from Costa Rica.

It offers spacious rooms and suites, a restaurant and exclusive spa centre with a relaxing pool, a meditation spa, a dry and steam sauna, a salt cave and a gym. The spa offers over 30 different procedures from beautifying to physiotherapy. The spa and the swimming pool was exceptionally good. I love the swimming pool. I just clean. The whole property was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast brunch was wow I highly recommend it.

Great food, great place, pets absolutely friendly. I realy enjoyed my stay.

Very clean, call and quiet, good indoor swimming pool (super clean) perfect for our daughters and nice wellness area for adults only (quiet and zen). Indoor playground and book-corner were perfect. Best family hotel we stayed in so far!
