The staff and the integration of the staff from check-in to bartender to restaurant hostess was exceptional. Everything here was the level of a much more expensive hotel in a bit city such as London. We did not eat at the restaurant, so no experience there. But the rest of our experience was 5-stars.

Doorman Bilel was fantastic. Everything was great.

The wellness and fitness facilities can be used free of charge during certain times of the day. Fantastic stay at Clarion Congress, and staff which are the top of their game. Will be sure to return, one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Europe.
