We stayed in their deluxe apartment, the size of which was really good. Absolutely clean apartment, and the bathrooms, with white colour theme that gave a good sense of cleanliness and hygiene. The breakfast was excellent,, fresh, clean and with good variety of dishes comprising of eggs, meat, vegetables, salad, fruits, breads, croissants,, tea, coffee, juices. My kids loved the spreghetti cheese strings which we saw for the first time. The hotel offered lemon and orange infused alkaline water, complimentary, in the reception area which was a wonderful thought and refreshing for guests, in the summer heat. The entire staff was excellent too. They did everything to make our stay happy and comfortable. I had my flight early in the morning and had to check out at 05:00 AM and the hotel packed dry breakfast for us and was there at the front desk nicely packed. Thanks to the management and entire staff of this cute and wonderful hotel. I am fully satisfied with this stay and would definitely recommend and come back again here. Apartment Rezidence La bevindt zich in Praag en biedt gratis WiFi, een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad, een tuin en een terras. Fijne ligging, mooie nieuwe omgeving met zorg aangelegd (nog niet helemaal klaar bij het zwembad, maar nu al prachtig) Vriendelijke, gastvrije familie. Ontbijt was netjes en smakelijk. Bushalte vlakbij. Openbaar vervoer is perfect geregeld. Prima locatie om centrum van Praag te bezoeken.

A lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Location is close to walk to main attractions, but street itself is not noisy so it’s fine to sleep.

The hotel experience was fantastic since the start. I've reached out to let them know that our flights was earlier than expected - the room was not only ready at 12 noon, but we also got a complimentary upgrade which was very much appreciated. The morning of my wife birthday, while I did not ask for anything nor said anything, the staff brough to our table at the breakfast room a cake with a candle, 2 glasses of prosecco while singing happy birthday! It was the least unexpected and it show the attention to details that all the hotel staff had during our stay! Every some little gift was left in our room and are those little things that makes all the difference. Location wise it was perfectly located minutes away from both Wenceslas Square and Old Town Square. We used the SPA the last day, and we regret that we didn't every day! It is small, but lovely decorated, with a jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms. If back in Prague we would certainly go back at The Mark.
