This 4-star hotel in Much is surrounded by green hills in the Bergisches Land Nature Park. It offers an indoor swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, fitness machines and a Mediterranean restaurant. The staff were brilliant esp rob on front desk his chats after work went above and beyond what he was paid to do , helped me a lot also all the other staff did 100% . some reviewers stated pool was cold but for me it was perfect
