So authentique, I felt in love with the decoration, location was 10/10 my room was with mountain view second floor I didn’t have appetit to get out of my room, spacious clean and the view from the balcony was amazing, the staff were super welcoming and helpful.

The family room is spacious and very comfortably organized. There were five of us and we didn't feel crowded. The beds and linens are excellent, the air conditioning is very quiet. A spacious and pleasant shower. Varied and delicious breakfast. The city is also very pleasant and we enjoyed walking around it.

All of the faciliites were lovely in particular the outside swimming pool and I very much appreciated the indoor pool being open 24 hours. Potentially the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and I felt incredibly rested after my stay. Some really thoughtful small touches such as wine/champagne at reception for guests and coffee in the morning to take with you as you start your day. I also loved the gift of a loaf of sourdough at the end of my trip - a very nice touch. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Can't fault anything about my trip at all.
