Situated right on the shore of the Starnberger See lake, this family-run hotel enjoys a peaceful setting away from traffic, while offering quick access to Munich.

The spa area includes a sauna, steam bath and infrared sauna. The location was excellent. The staff was nice and helpful. Our room was great, large and super clean. The housekeeping was excellent too. The facilities were pretty good but there wasn’t American tv news channels, nor smart tv. Therefore, we were unable to get Netflix, Prime or any other stream app.

Our lake view room was huge with exceptional furnishings & amenities. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated with a lovely ambience & the staff were ultra friendly & helpful. The lakeside location is perfect.

Owner gave very clear directions to enter the house. Location of the house is perfect, it offers nice walk to the lake, grocery stores are very close. We had a very relaxfull stay!

Guests can also go jogging in the heritage-listed park or go hiking or cycling nearby. Everything went well. The hotel is beautifully located with the view of the lake. Breakfast was excellent and one evening meal too. T The rooms are spacious and well furnished, the beds very comfortable. The park is nice too, and the proximity of the splendid Buchheim Museum is perfect! We will definitely come again.
