The personnel were extremely helpful, everyone was really nice and always happy to help. All the servers and chefs are extremely thoughtful and anything you need will be provided from specific food preferences to anything room related. Mr Amgad was most helpful and the servers from the main restaurant were always really nice and provided everything we needed.

The Best Destination in Soma Bay We booked a week at this hotel, and while I wasn’t expecting much initially, I was truly blown away by what I found. 1. Location: Jaz Soma Bay has the best location in the Soma area. The beach is sandy, clean, and the water remains at a consistent level, regardless of the tide. I didn’t experience any issues with shallow water, at least during my stay. 2. Rooms and Hotel: The hotel is relatively new, established about four years ago. The rooms are modern, clean, and equipped with all the essentials you’d expect (hairdryer, safe, minibar, coffee station, kettle, central AC, and TV). We stayed in a spacious king room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Every day, they provided two bottles of Brita-filtered water, which tasted fresh, and additional bottles could be requested at no extra charge. 3. Buffet Restaurant: I was amazed by the variety and quality of the food. There were so many choices at each meal, with options from various international cuisines to suit every palate. There was always a section for oriental dishes and a pasta corner. They also featured themed dinners (Indian, Dutch, British, seafood, Egyptian, etc.), each delicious in its own way. I haven’t even mentioned the dessert corner yet! They put a lot of effort into this, with a wide variety of desserts and fresh, seasonal fruits. 4. A La Carte Restaurants: During our stay, we were offered two complimentary dinners at the a la carte restaurants: Alfayrouz (Egyptian) and Olivia (Italian). we’ve only visited Alfayrouz, where the food was outstanding. We had the mixed grill and lamb chops as our main courses, and they offered appetizers at no extra cost. Everything was incredibly tasty, and the chef even came by to check if we enjoyed our meal. 5. Beach Restaurant: Lunch and dinner are also available at the beach restaurant, with plenty of variety.

The à la carte restaurants are exceptional, and the buffet is delicious—my fiancé and I had such a hard time deciding where to eat because everything was so good. The hotel management goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, the evening events were a lot of fun! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Actually i like everything in the hotel, starting with the reception and all guys who are working in the reception, specially Mr. Shrief and Mr. Ayman special thanks for both of them, Actually all people who are working in the hotel very kindly and very cooperative people, The room is very clean and the food is very tasty with big variety. Really it was a mazing holiday. Thanks for all stuff 🙏

Located in the heart of Madinat Makadi, the 5 star JAZ Aquaviva offers Makadi Water World featuring 50 adrenalin-pumping water slides and an 18-hole Championship Golf Course an extra charge. It was an awesome hotel, a lot of things to do, the beach was a short bus ride away and the facilites on the beach were great. The evening entertainment was amazing! I would also like to commend some personnel for ensuring our stay was pleasant. In the main restaurant, Ahmed Elsawy was always giving good vibes for each of the meals while making sure we have everything we need. Our room was clean and had fun towel animal arrangements masterfully done by Ahmed Elomda. For our evening relaxation in the bar Ismail Kotb was ensuring we are not without a drink. Great experience, would recommend and go again myself.
