Fantastic staff who did their best on every step to check on our big family and make sure each and every one of them is comfortable and happy. The room was spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. Beds are comfortable. There is variety of amenities to use, all the bars and restaurant serve very nice food. In general the atmosphere was brilliant, thank you so much for all the hardworking people from gardeners, to bikes maintenance, restaurant staff, housekeeping, lifeguards, reception, management - all of you made us feel taken care of and welcomed! Special thanks to Mr. Haitham from management, we will definitely come back the next holiday.

An exceptional hotel. Beautifully manicured grounds, comfortable and spacious accomodation, excellent facilities, delicious and a huge selection of food, and great service. Plus there's a great dive centre on-site. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in...and I've stayed in 100's.

Το Pickalbatros Vita Resort - Portofino Marsa Alam προσφέρει καταλύματα 4 αστέρων μπροστά στη θάλασσα σε Abu Dabab. Έχει δωρεάν ποδήλατα, εξωτερική πισίνα και αίθουσα γυμναστικής. There is enough space and spots, so it doesn’t get boring or crowded. We didn’t mind a longer walk along the beach in the morning to get to our favorite breakfast spot, at least some of the calories could be burned, that we gained from the overall fantastic food options every day. The staff was exceptionally friendly and so amazing to our little one, I can’t thank them enough for making this trip so special. Thanks also to Mostafa for promptly solving any issues and taking care throughout our stay. A very clean and nice property.

I couldn’t think you enough for everything you did .The people are so professional and nice .Doing their best to make each guest happy.They are really taking care of every single detail .They even upgrade my room to another one pool and sea view …just when they know it is my first time to visit them and I am alone in my trip. Also,they have prepared a very nice table decorated with flowers when I was taking my dinner at beach restaurant without even asking for it .it was a vey nice gesture from them ❤️♥️❤️

Food was good, people very nice, everything clean! The reef is very beautiful! The resort has 2 jetties: even in case of strong Wind the jetty on the right was always open because more protected Thanks to the close port.

The location was only surpassed by the quality, style, cleanliness of the wonderful hotel, and by the incredible hospitality experienced throughout our stay. Special thanks to the Restaurant Staff and Manager Tamir, which made sure our fond memories of this place could also be remembered by taste, their attention to details and unending ability to surprise us with ever new flavours left us speechless and wanting to return!

Το Pickalbatros Sea World Resort - Marsa Alam- "Aqua Park" έχει ιδιωτική παραλία, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, μπαρ και γήπεδο τένις, στον προορισμό Αλ Κουσαΐρ. Pickalbatros Sea World is by far my favorite resort on the Red Sea among the many resorts that I stayed at. The facilities deserve the highest rating. For example, dining tables are luxurious granite top tables. The rooms are modern, new and emaculately clean. Pickalbatros Sea World is a large complex of two story bungalows, beautiful swimming pools, six restaurants, a clinic, nicknack stores, gym and other facilities. A morning walk would easily put 10,000 steps on your fitbit or iwatch. You would need a week to enjoy the variety of food and try the various restaurants. Last but not least is the customer service. The staff would go to the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Example: A delicious looking eggplant dish included ground beef. Being vegetarian, we inquired if the kitchen offers the same dish without beef. We were pleasantly surprised that one of the chefs presented the delicious vegetarian version on our table within 10 minutes. Our appreciation goes to the wait staff especially Osama! Our stay at Sea World wouldn't have been as pleasant and as comfortable without the effort of Mr. Haitham Elsawah, Manager of the front desk team. Thank you, Mr. Haitham and Sea World team!
