First of all I’d like to thank all the staff especially Ms Menna Hatem, the receptionist. She was very helpful and friendly. She was professional and assisted us to the maximum. Moreover this hotel has actually assured that we made the right decision when we chose it. Thanks for Khaled at the restaurant and Hesham at the room cleaning.

The stay was excellent, rooms clean, food tasty, staff very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was amazing. We enjoyed with my husband a lot. My kids were very happy too. The hotel is really good standard and I’m sure I will be back. I would like to thank all staff for making our stay pleasant. It is a magnificent hotel. They welcomed us very well from the first day, especially Miss Noor took great care of us. Thank you very much.
