Absolutely fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere is lovely, with a beautiful setting perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed the pool and the table tennis tables, which added a fun touch to our stay. Everything was well-maintained and inviting. Highly recommended!

High end hotel with everything pretty perfect. The hotel staff let me check in early, check out late and I had access to the 5th floor pool the whole time. Perfect!

We had a free upgrade to a Junior Suite and loved it very much. The hotel is very attentive and congratulated my husband on his birthday with champagne and cake without me asking.

All air-conditioned (cold/warm air subject to seasonality)rooms feature a balcony with sea view. Guests will find a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer and a flat TV with Satellite Channels. All units include a seating area with a sofa. The most amazing thing about the hotel was the view from the room's balcony - we didn't see anything but the ocean, it was stunning! Very private balcony, didn't see the other balconies, it was just us and the ocean. The hotel pool was lovely, as well as the rooftop bar with jacuzzis. Room was clean and we especially liked the spacious bathroom with cool sinks made of stone. You could even see the ocean from the bathroom if you wanted. Comfortable bed, the room even had a microwave & kettle.

The spa spans 3,500 m² and includes an indoor pool, several outdoor pools, Turkish baths, and a Japanese sauna. Guests can also enjoy massages, beauty treatments, and aromatherapy sessions.

The Palmera Real restaurant offers an outdoor dining area in the gardens, where guests can also enjoy an elegant cocktail bar. We liked everything. The moment we entered their doors, we felt relaxed and we enjoyed every day there.
