Beautiful room & view, super friendly staff, impeccable service, great food at the restaurant, quality of spa treatments. Also highly recommend the Yoga class on Wednesday mornings, that was definitely a highlight.

Information book containing information on how to use all the equipment was very detailed. The host supplied a bottle of water and a bottle of wine on arrival 😁

They each also include a utility room with washing machine. Villas Alondra have a quiet location in Puerto del Carmen, in the middle of Lanzarote, the beach is within walking distance. The villas and resort is outstanding. The staff and service is amazing. Felix is a gentleman and super helpful. All the staff are super. Amazing resort

The host, Carlota, met us at the reception desk and walked us over to our villa to show us around. The fresh bread baked daily smelled very good every morning when we woke up. The pool was private.

There is an evening bar and lounge and a pool bar. Other hotel facilities include a 3 floodlit tennis courts, Wellness area, sauna, private swimming-pool and whirlpool. The hotel offers direct access to the beach. The reserved area was excellent, buffet was very good, staff friendly, very clean in all areas

There is a chill out area with a Balinese Bed and sun loungers which looks out to the sea. You will also find a garden and terrace, as well as a gym and Wellness and Beauty Centre. The outdoor pool, heated in winter, has a small adjoining dynamic pool with a little waterfall and water jets. Amazing stay then we had wonderful family time together, prefect room with poorl-view, relaxing vibe with banana trees in front too, perfect professional cleaning standard, the personnel are very friendly very helpful, which is the BEST reason for us ti extend for other week to stay. Highly recommend and appreciate the owner and managers did such perfect hotel hospitality for tourists
