The apartment was modern, spacious and clean. Check in was easy, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was great, quick walk to Temple Debod for beautiful sunsets. Perfect for a family of 4. Zero complaints!

For reason's unbeknownst, as I a walked in they informed me I was VIP of the Day. I was upgraded to a corner room with a delightful view to Plaza España and treated to breakfast the next morning. That will make any camper happy.

Located in the heart of Madrid, this stylish hotel is near Real Madrid’s famous Bernabeu Stadium and the impressive Kio Towers. It has a modern spa and 24-hour room service. Upgrading was easy due to the reception staff. Other features like late leaving etc were made easier than other hotels with the hotels subsequent email and website. The VIP breakfast room was really inviting and although we did not use it every day, one of the members of staff came over to us in the main room to get any additional order outside of that room. This completely unexpected and above what we felt was necessary. We were impressed. The breakfasts are really exceptional, with an excellent choice of fruit, asian, spanish, continental or full english items, healthy options, quesadillas, sandwiches, cold meats, cheeses, pancakes, omelettes and egg types at request, pancakes, various juices and staff also visit with juice shots which is a nice touch found in a few hotels nowadays. We have stayed in a few hotels in Madrid and this was the best so far. A good choice of drinks, sparkling wines, even fresh tomato juice and vodka should you want a bloody mary. The VIP area also provides a few signature features that is a nice touch and modified the eggs benedict for me to an eggs royale. The omelette my wife had was really great. I honestly wish I could have eaten more, but was full after a relatively normal amount of food. It was easy as well to eat healthy, or not, it is up to you. I think the coffee area in the VIP would benefit from a barista and commercial espresso machine vs a an automatic bean to cup machine, but that's probably asking a lot. I look forward to staying here again. No issues with wifi.

Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality.
