Plenty of room for everyone. The owners and Javier looked after us brilliantly even going to the trouble of getting a kettle for us. Fans in the room worked really well even in the high temperatures. Loads of utensils in the kitchen also for self catering and only 10 - 15 mins away from loads of supermarkets. Having the barbecue out back is great also and the pool is a real plus.

Hotel Treixas is located in Puebla de Sanabria, within the Sanabria Nature Reserve. All members of the staff I interacts with were superb!

It was extraordinary. I loved everything about it. Stunning modern hotel with fabulous spa and natural swimming pool. The hosts were amazing. They made me and my two dogs very welcome. I would highly recommended. Wish I had been staying for a week. It was so quiet and dark I slept like a log.

The peace and quiet, the history of how Antonio gave the building some TLC, and the ground itself that the building is on. We enjoyed watching the wildlife and the friendly Magpie who came and sat on my shoulder and shared a biscuit with me. We loved the owls flying over at night, such a pleasure to watch while sitting under a tree. We also liked Antonio who seems to get a bad rap, he was friendly, informative and although he sold us the most expensive items on his menu, along with the most expensive wine we enjoyed it all (and to be fair, you can always say no and choose something cheaper if you wish, but we asked for recommendations and he gave them) along with the story that went with it, we liked the map of the area and the details he explained to us. The food was delightful and we really loved the steak and the ragu - thanks Antonio, we will return on our next trip to the North!
