We were upgraded to a room with a view on arrivaly, the staff were friendly, the restaurant dinner & breakfast was exceptional, the room was extremely clean, comfortable and generously sized. The spa, pool and fitness facilities are perfect. We could have stayed for weeks!

Excellent location close to the cathedral and lovely cafes and restaurants. Great walking. Mylène was superbly helpful in getting us settled, making activity and restaurant suggestions and being available as needed. The apartment was well equipeed and the snacks were very welcome. The sauna and jet tub were a welcome relief after a long journey and active days. The views from the many windows were beautiful.

Ohhhhh, and the home-made rhubarb jam is delectable. The bikes available for use are a wonderful touch that we enjoyed using daily to explore the area. I’ve travelled all over the world and this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The welcome and warmth is just fantastic. All the basics are excellent, comfy bed, super clean, and then there are so many nice touches, champagne on arrival, the hamman, home made cakes etc, plus Laures delightful company. Don’t miss her husband Eric’s walks in the vineyards(with champagne of course) and pop into his bar in Ay to enjoy a glass or stock up. Highly recommended.
