Everything was incredible since the begining, there was a surprise gift in the room. Location is perfect. Room view was stunning. I want to thank to receptionist who brought me the new hair dryer late at night. Special thanks to breakfast team who were all so nice and polite. I will definitely come back!

It features an exquisite restaurant and serves cocktails until late at the highest bar in London. Our room 4403 had a spectacular view of London, the bridge, the river, and the city. It was the most amazing view that we have ever seen. The staff were very professional and well trained; we can see that the Manager of the hotel is doing a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier with choosing this hotel.
