This was a perfect choice for my mom’s birthday. Everything was incredible since the begining, there was a surprise gift in the room. Location is perfect. Room view was stunning. Our room 4403 had a spectacular view of London, the bridge, the river, and the city. It was the most amazing view that we have ever seen. Lovely place great locatiin and really friendly and helpful staff nicely sized and quiet rooms with lots of extras.AND they were very accomodating for my cat. It is a rarity you can travel with cat and actually feel welcomed.

The location is excellent for Central London. The staff were the stars - literally nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were always checking that all was exactly as we wanted it. The rooms were lovely, and the beds sooo comfortable. Christmas lunch was understandably expensive, being 7 courses in a top restaurant, but for the most part was really lovely, A booking at the American Bar for Christmas Eve with a group of family and friends was an outstanding addition to the stay.
