Just what we needed to enjoy the last days of our family trip. Michelle and Charly were exeptional. Very warm and welcoming. They left the house full of delicious foods to share. The best!

Their warmth and kindness made the checkin process so seamless and every time I saw them I wanted to say hi to them! They made for such a lovely stay. The bar staff in the W Lounge whose names I don't remember (he was from Brazil and she had a lovely show style hair cut) make my time in the lounge especially great as well. Overall the warmth of the staff is unmatched in all my European hotel experiences!
