Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. Great food in the restaurant. The Spa was the best I have ever seen in a hotel. Very comfortable and spacious room. great location with easy access to the NEC and the train.

The location is great. The staff is great especially Mr. Mohamnad at the reception who was very helpful and knowledgeable not to mention friendly. He was always trying to make us feel at home, and always helped with a cheerful attitude. Also, Ms. Kinza who was also friendly and pleasant. The room was spacious, well equipped, clean, provided bottles of water every day, had a nice view, and excellent air conditioning. We had dinner at the restaurant i think ‘aura’ and it was amazing, were helped by Mathew, who was an excellent host, gracious , and friendly. Even offered me a cold and hot drinks to make up for a misunderstanding made by the kitchen about my meal order.

The Belfry Hotel & Resort boasts 468 bedrooms and suites, 2 restaurants and 2 bars, 22 conference and event suites, a state-of-the-art leisure club and a luxury spa, PGA golf academy, onsite golf shop... Everything was perfect if I had any complaint it was that I didn't find my bed comfortable,but everyone is different.

On the outskirts of Coventry and with easy access to the area's major roads and the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), the hotel has its own 18-hole golf course and 20-metre indoor pool. The room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast had enough variety and the coffee was good. The dinner was delicious. The pool is relatively big and the sauna was good.
