The moat, alive with ducks and fish, was a captivating centerpiece we couldn’t stop admiring. The food was simply divine, with every meal a celebration of flavor. The restaurant’s modern British dishes, crafted with fresh, local ingredients, were bursting with creativity and beautifully presented. From leisurely breakfasts to exquisite dinners, each bite was a delight. We also loved the cozy lounge, where we savored expertly crafted cocktails and a decadent Afternoon Tea that felt like a treat fit for royalty. The dining alone left us dreaming of our next visit. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness were beyond exceptional, making us feel truly special. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond, anticipating our needs with genuine care. We were also lucky to meet a local guest, staying with his wife, who shared fascinating stories about the hotel’s rich history, bringing its legacy to life in a way that deepened our appreciation. In Birmingham’s center, this modern 4-star hotel offers a luxury health spa with a 16 meter swimming pool and gym with Matrix fitness equipment. I recently stayed at this hotel and found the location to be perfect. The breakfast was awesome, with a variety of fresh fruits and other delicious options. The breakfast team was amazing.Highly recommend!

On arrival, I sent a quick message and she immediately came out to greet me and direct me to where I could park, which was really helpful. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and had everything I could possibly need. I slept so well in a very comfortable bed, and the whole place was beautifully quiet. Although the property is on a residential estate in Nechells, don’t let that put you off, it’s a real hidden gem. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book again without hesitation.
