The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.

The pool and spa facilities were great, the room was large and the beds comfy. We had dinner at the hotel and it was exceptional and breakfast was great too. We liked having a bath in the room. Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations.

Loved the room service team, Marina, Jared, and others. Reccomend high floors overlooking the library. Right next to the tram station and all the bars of broad street. Will definitely book again. Price is a bit on the higher side but worth it.

The surrounding parkland offered peaceful trails where we spotted wildlife, adding a magical touch to our walks. The moat, alive with ducks and fish, was a captivating centerpiece we couldn’t stop admiring. The food was simply divine, with every meal a celebration of flavor. The restaurant’s modern British dishes, crafted with fresh, local ingredients, were bursting with creativity and beautifully presented. From leisurely breakfasts to exquisite dinners, each bite was a delight. We also loved the cozy lounge, where we savored expertly crafted cocktails and a decadent Afternoon Tea that felt like a treat fit for royalty. The dining alone left us dreaming of our next visit. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness were beyond exceptional, making us feel truly special. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond, anticipating our needs with genuine care. Their heartfelt hospitality, echoed in so many guest reviews, made every moment shine. We were also lucky to meet a local guest, staying with his wife, who shared fascinating stories about the hotel’s rich history, bringing its legacy to life in a way that deepened our appreciation. Our room was a heavenly retreat, blending historic charm with modern comfort. The beautifully designed space, with its elegant furnishings and serene garden views, was a perfect haven for relaxation.

The communication with the owner was excellent from the start. On arrival, I sent a quick message and she immediately came out to greet me and direct me to where I could park, which was really helpful. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and had everything I could possibly need. I slept so well in a very comfortable bed, and the whole place was beautifully quiet. Although the property is on a residential estate in Nechells, don’t let that put you off, it’s a real hidden gem. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book again without hesitation.
