A brand new hotel, very nicely located in a calm area, but close to the city. Contemporary designed hotel with luxury feel and attention to details. The entry hall and the stairs are a true masterpiece. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well organized and fully equipped. Staff was very professional and helpful, yet friendly. We were allowed to check in earlier and were provided complimentary free breakfast. Liana, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She helped us to plan the visits around and gave us great suggestions. Furthermore, she invited us to the Easter party lunch organized by the hotel with traditional music and tasty food. Breakfast is buffet style, everything is freshly made and very well presented. Finally, food was very delicious. The garage is free , which is a bonus. I would definitely choose to stayhere again whenever I visit Crete.

Every room has a kitchenette, flat screen 32' TV with satellite channels, safe deposit box, kettle, slippers and hairdryer. Bathrooms are private and fitted with showers and hydro massage panels. Toiletries and bed linen are provided for your care.

Use of the gym is free, while there is a small spa-wellness centre with a spa bath and massage service. The use of the spa is by appointment and at extra charge. Our room was upgraded for free to a superior room on the 4th floor. The hotel is very clean, the bed very comfy. The breakfast is excellent with many homemade fresh options. Highly recommended

We had been searching for years to find a place like this, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. The entire staff provided excellent service with genuine kindness and professionalism, making us feel welcome at every moment. The resort is spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas, and everything is very well maintained. The prices are also surprisingly reasonable for the level of quality and comfort offered. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of value, hospitality, and beauty all in one place. We left with the best impressions and unforgettable memories. The hotel offers an indoor pool, sauna, evening entertainment and a shared lounge. It’s great, very comfortable and convenient local. It's close to the beach, there's also a supermarket, and the hotel's facilities are very comfortable. Also, the service attitude of the staff is very friendly and humane. They knew I was going to Samaria Gorge the next day and prepared breakfast for us that morning.

We had a fantastic stay at Caramel, the perfect boutique hotel, intimate. The service was truly impeccable, everybody showed incredible care and attention to detail, particularly in accommodating our dietary intolerances without any hassle. The rooms were both beautiful and spacious, providing a comfortable and luxurious base for our vacation. We especially enjoyed the morning yoga sessions offered by the resort. And the concerts in the evening. But expect big entertainment, it’s really chill. The location is ideal for exploring the region - we loved being close to charming towns like Rethymno and Margarites. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations with its combination of excellent service, beautiful facilities, and convenient location. Highly recommended!

Great balcony over looking old harbor, room was spacious with 2 clean bedrooms.
