Staff are very helpful and courteous. We stayed in a club room. Very convenient. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is fantastic!

Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The WIRED Business Centre provides computer workstations and secretarial services. Location cannot get better as Airport express and Kowloon station just below the hotel. Room on 30th floor was very nice with beautiful view.. next time more ocean view i want.. superb quality of entire staff right from the entrance.. as i had more luggage, the bell boy came to drop me at the airport express with out saying anything.. this is like a Disney culture..where any staff member goes out of their way to help customers..! hats off..!

Guests can also stay in shape at the fitness centre, or get professional services at the business centre. Very friendly and helpful staff, esp. Joey Lai at Guest Relations, Keith Lam at Front Desk, Hannah Mok, Director of Front Office along with two of her staff members (sorry, didn't get a chance to ask for their names), as well as our house keeping lady. We really felt that we were well taken care of. Our room is on the 25th floor, and it offers a magnificent, unobstructed view of the Victoria Harbor and Hong Kong side skyline, the view alone is worth a million dollars. ❤️❤️ I also like the control by ipad for light, curtains, and TV, etc., making everything very convenient. And of course, the hotel is at a prime location with only minutes walking distance to Hong Kong landmark the Clock Tower, Cultural Center, Star Ferry, Hong Kong Museum of Art, K-11 fancy shopping center, subway stations, Hong Kong movie Walk of Fame, and numerous restaurants and shopping centers.

Even without going out, guests will be spoilt for recreational choice with a pampering massage, a heated indoor pool and well-equipped gym. Added convenience is provided with laundry and concierge services. Amazing. Simply amazing. Best view i ever had
