A well-equipped business centre and concierge services are also provided for guests' convenience. Very close to harbour, easy to walk around. Breakfast was delightful, with an exceptional variety of food! I could find anything i would like to eat, from different cuisines like asian, american etc. Also very nice restaurant.

Its elegant rooms overlook Victoria Harbour from floor-to-ceiling windows. Free WiFi is provided throughout the entire property. I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious & well maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was also excellent, conveniently situated near to MRT. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming & always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic stay & I would definitely return in the future.

Wilson and Skye stood out amongst a staff of all-stars, and we will definitely be back when in Hong Kong. 10 Stars!

The marble en suite bathroom comes with a deep soaking tub and a separate walk-in rainshower.

The WIRED Business Centre provides computer workstations and secretarial services. We had a very positive experience at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet, which allowed for a good rest. The Wi-Fi connection was also strong and fast, which was appreciated. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We would happily return here on our next visit.

What truly set our stay apart was the extraordinary gesture of celebrating our special occasion with a beautiful cake—a testament to their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable, anticipating our needs with grace and warmth. The accommodations were luxurious, the dining exceptional, and the ambiance unmatched. It’s rare to find a hotel that exceeds expectations at every turn, but The Ritz-Carlton does so effortlessly. We cannot recommend this property highly enough and look forward to returning.
