Before arriving, I had seen some negative reviews, but in our experience, none of those were relevant at all. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with air conditioning, which made a big difference during the hot days. The family park was fantastic – perfect for kids and families to enjoy together. The swimming pool had warm water and was very well maintained, making it a pleasure to use even in the evening. The food was also a highlight. Every evening featured a different cuisine theme, and the variety and quality were impressive. Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely recommend this hotel. We’re already thinking about coming back!

We were very impressed with the architecture and the interior design as well as the decorations. Everyone involved should receive high praise. The wellness area was not only lovely but also very refreshing. The views of the lake could not be better. The food was excellent. The rooms were lovely and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We travel a lot for fun and we can definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely place, nice breakfast, we relaxed in the hot tub a lot. The location is great, really close to the lake. We liked our room and the staff was great. You can take bikes for free which is great (you only need to leave a deposit but it was like 20euros which was fine)

Guests can also relax in the garden or in the shared lounge area. We stayed at Heviz Spring Apartments for just one night, but it left a lasting impression! We were warmly welcomed by the lovely Linda, who showed us to the spacious family apartment — fully equipped with everything one might need, even a baby crib! It was clear that the hosts had thoughtfully prepared for any situation. Although we didn’t get to use most of the amenities due to our short stay, we truly appreciated the attention to detail and care. A special thanks to our host Imre — when he found out we don’t eat meat, he kindly arranged for us to have a vegetarian dinner at his friend’s restaurant Cédrus, located in the center of Hévíz near the entrance to the lake. The meal was included in the price, which was an incredibly generous and thoughtful gesture! Breakfast was delightful, prepared by two wonderful ladies who clearly know what they’re doing and do it with passion.
