De Spa was op de dag van aankomst vol, maar de jacuzzi was leeg dus daar fijn in gezeten. Kamers zijn stijlvol, schoon. Goede bedden.

Tokajer Wellness Panzió ligt op 650 m van het Balatonmeer en op 10 minuten lopen van het strand. Lovely place, nice breakfast, we relaxed in the hot tub a lot. The location is great, really close to the lake. We liked our room and the staff was great. You can take bikes for free which is great (you only need to leave a deposit but it was like 20euros which was fine)

Everything was spotlessly clean. Even the spa and the bathrooms by the restaurant. The cleaning staff is exceptional. The variety and the quality of the food was amazing for a 4 star hotel. Great breakfast and very nice dinner with plenty of options, everything looked fresh and was tasty. Attentive, flexible and professional staff. The spa has a very good atmosphere, well-organized, smells amazing and the staff regularly checked temperature and cleaness. Warm pool and jacuzzi with a variety of saunas, plenty of sunbeds and massage service you can take advantage of. The rooms are spacious, comfortable bed and linen.

Dit hotel beschikt over een spa en een tuin met een zwembad. Batthyány Kastélyszálló ligt ten westen van Heviz en het Balatonmeer. The property was beautiful, clean, and extremely well kept! Also, the staff was incredibly kind and professional. I loved this spot and will return in the future!

The hotel is living up with its 5- Star category. Upon entering, you can sense the elegance, and it really smells good wherever you go. The ambiance, the staffs esp. receptionists and watchers at the poolside. Everyone’s very welcoming. Although we came at 11:30, way too early for check-in, to our surprise they gave us the room assigned to us.
