From the moment we made our booking, the staff was incredibly attentive—communicating with us promptly and politely via WhatsApp, making sure every detail was in place. They went above and beyond to make the celebration feel personal and special, including decorating my parents' room and surprising them with a cake and a heartfelt card. Throughout our stay, their attentiveness never wavered. They remembered our room numbers, brought us towels right after every swim without us even needing to ask, and always made us feel cared for without ever being intrusive. The resort itself is stunning—the beach house offers breathtaking views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The design and layout of the rooms are beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully done, creating the perfect setting for both relaxation and celebration. We also really enjoyed the free kayaking, which added a fun and active touch to the trip! My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we left with nothing but positive memories. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a meaningful, peaceful, and beautifully curated getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG ligt in Lagoi, op 5 minuten lopen van Lagoi Beach, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren, een fitnesscentrum en een tuin. Staff, facilities and room was amazing. Staffs were friendly and very fluent in English. Facilities is mostly children friendly and we got a free room upgrade. It was huge and very comfortable. Hope to visit again the children play area when my child is older.

We really enjoyed our stay, the mangrove sea view rooms are really spacious and well put, very comfortable beds and all you need for your stay. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and the hotel provides all the necessary facilities.

One of A Kind Resort @Trikora Beach - Bintan is een accommodatie met 5 sterren tegenover het strand in Telukdalam met heeft een buitenzwembad, een fitnessruimte en een tuin. We went to the resort in May and it was very peaceful and quiet, we basically had the whole common pool for ourselves. The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!
