While traveling regularly to TLV it was the first time I stayed here. Great property, very comfortable and clean, but most importantly an exceptionally friendly and warm service from the staff. I had the pleasure to meet with Mr Nike the hotel’s manager, a great person and very inspirational and respected leader. I highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.

The team, Noa, Vlada, Shoval, Michaela and Olga, were super friendly, professional and helpful. Instead of serving breakfast at the hotel they give you a list of four cafes in the area where you can go get breakfast for free we a guest of the hotel. We went to Cafe Birenbaum and it was very good. Facilities are great and the pool is amazing!

All was clean and service was wonderful. Breakfast is delivered by the hotel's Cafe, including fresh baked pastry. In addition, Bar 51 restaurant is just at the entrance floor, which is a must visit.

Guests at The Vera can enjoy a continental breakfast. Loved the industrial design & vibe that paralleled Brooklyn’s Williamsburg style. The tasty spread @ the breakfast buffet hit all the right notes, & I was sure to take advantage of the complimentary glasses of wine selections to enjoy them on the rooftop @ dusk. Lastly, the staff was incredibly engaging and attentive.

Our facilities include 24/7 reception and concierge, spa treatment rooms, roof top overlooking the sea, Mark Twain salon, lovely garden, Techno gym, George & John restaurant, complementary mini-bar (Non Alcoholic in rooms, Alcoholic in suites). Love the history of the property. It was extremely comforting and aesthetic. Service was amazing and breakfast was 10/10

The new POLI URBAN hotel is 200 metres from the public beach on Tel Aviv’s sea front, and a 20-minute drive from Ben-Gurion Airport. Rooms have free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The best stay in Israel for sure! Could not ask for a better customer service. Everything was fantastic from the momemt we entered the hotel. What we liked the most: Possibility to check in earlier Glass of mimosa while checking in Amazing staff (especially Jessica and anither guy with her but can not remember his name;( ) Pillow menu Brilliant breakfast Spotless rooms and great interior Totally in love with this place and hope to visit again!
